Written proposal
We send a short proposal: scope, milestones, timeline and price. Nothing starts until you agree to it in writing.
Build and hand over
We work in milestones and show working software at each one. At the end you get the code, the documentation and the access you need to run it.

Clearnote Labs is the trade name of Gabriel Policiuc, a software developer based in Iași, Romania.
We design, build and operate our own products: PitchHighway, PupilBot and Voice Kata. That work covers iOS and web clients, Node.js and PostgreSQL backends, audio processing and LLM features.
We take on a small number of client projects. The person you talk to is the person who does the work.
